Terms & Conditions

1. Services

We provide website creation, hosting, maintenance, and related digital services on a monthly subscription basis.

2. Subscription & Payments

All plans are billed monthly. Payments are due in advance.
A one-time setup fee is required before work begins (unless stated otherwise).

3. Website Ownership

The website becomes the full property of the client after 3 consecutive monthly subscription payments have been successfully completed.

Until then, the website remains managed and hosted by us.

4. Domain Ownership

If the domain is purchased or transferred during setup, ownership of the domain is transferred to the client immediately after the setup fee is paid.

5. Cancellation

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
If canceled before 3 months, website ownership is not transferred.

6. Content & Updates

Monthly plans include a limited number of updates as described in each package.
Additional work may be quoted separately.

7. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic volume, or number of leads.
Our service focuses on improving online presence and visibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for business losses, missed opportunities, or indirect damages related to the use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
