1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using 305WebWorks ("the Service"), operated by Albert Management SRL (VAT: RO28073983), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

305WebWorks is a SaaS platform that generates AI-powered websites for small businesses. We offer the following subscription plans:

• Starter Plan — $9.99/month: 1-page AI-generated website hosted on a 305webworks.com subdomain
• Business Plan — $19.99/month: Multi-page website with custom domain support
• Optional add-ons — $7.00/month each: Price Calculator, Google Maps, SEO Basic, WhatsApp Button
• One-time setup fee of $39.00 applies to all new subscriptions

3. Billing & Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All prices are in USD. The setup fee ($39.00) is charged once at the time of first payment and is non-refundable.

Invoices are issued automatically after each successful payment and are available for download in your dashboard.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• Your website remains active until the end of the current billing period
• No further charges will be made after cancellation
• Your website will be taken offline at the end of the billing period
• No refunds are issued for partial months

5. Refund Policy

The setup fee ($39.00) is non-refundable. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@305webworks.com within 7 days of the charge.

6. AI-Generated Content

Websites are generated using artificial intelligence based on information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. You retain ownership of the content you provide to us, and by using the Service you grant us a license to use that content for website generation purposes.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create websites that:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of third parties
• Contain misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Promote illegal activities or hate speech

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

8. Hosting & Uptime

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including hosting provider outages, DNS issues, or force majeure events.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Albert Management SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mureș County, Romania.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
